We recommend referring to our comprehensive size guide available on each product page. Since our shoes are handcrafted on specific lasts, we generally suggest ordering your standard UK/India size, but you can contact our concierge for personalized fitting advice.
What is the typical delivery timeline for an order?
As many of our pairs are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, production typically takes 10-15 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery takes 3-5 days, while international shipping varies by destination.
Do you offer customization or Made-to-Order (MTO) services?
Yes, BLKBRD Shoemaker specializes in MTO services. You can choose specific leathers, patinas, and sole constructions. Please email our custom shop to begin your bespoke journey.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, standard-sized items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made, monogrammed, or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can BLKBRD shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Most of our footwear features Goodyear Welted or Blake Stitch construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler, ensuring your shoes last for decades with proper care.
How should I maintain my leather shoes?
We recommend using high-quality cedar shoe trees after every wear to maintain shape and absorb moisture. Clean with a damp cloth and apply premium leather cream and wax polish every 3-4 weeks to keep the leather supple.
